Due to a system error, some Liberty customers may have received multiple copies of their most recent bill between April 1 and April 10, 2025.
- If you receive paper bills, you may have received more than one in the mail.
- If you receive electronic bills, you may have received several email or text notifications.
Because the bills were sent on different days, the balance shown may have varied.
You will soon receive a letter with your current Liberty account balance.

- Logging in to your Liberty My Account.
My Account - Calling us at 1-800-206-2300 (Electric & Water) or 1-800-424-0427 (Gas). You can hear your balance through our automated phone system or speak with a Customer Care representative.
