View and pay your bill online, including on your mobile phone through the new Liberty My Account app.

Choose your account notification preferences - email or text message -and when you want to receive them.

When electric outages do occur, stay informed through an improved outage map and email or text notifications.
Select one of state links below to open My Account, then click the "Outage Map" link. Customers can submit an electric outage from the left side of the outage map page.

View usage data to help you understand and manage how you use energy and save on your bill. Electric customers can view near real-time usage data made possible with the aid of our smart meters. Water and gas customers can view monthly usage data.
For electric customers, in addition to usage, the Liberty My Account platform includes data from private solar systems for net metering customers! View daily and hourly solar generation and monitor your personal usage. *Net metering data history begins at 5/23/2022
