The last increase to Missouri electric base rates was in September 2016.
If approved by the Missouri Public Service Commission, Missouri electric customers using an average of 1,000 kWh per month would see an approximate increase of $7.85 to their monthly bill. Customers who qualify for the Low Income Pilot Program would see an approximate increase of $1.85 to their monthly bill.
Based on approval from the Missouri Public Service Commission, rates changes will go into effect in August 2020.
