Aaron and Nathan - both Hydro Technicians - talked to students in third through sixth grade during the annual Career Fair at the Galena (Missouri) Elementary School.

Charles, Ken, Alicia, Sherika, Sherita, and Jerome volunteered their time to man Liberty's tables at the 2026 Delta Blooms & Bees event in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. During the home and garden show, visitors were able to learn how we deliver safe and reliable service to our customers and walk away with free cups and rain gauges.

Jason and Marty were among those who volunteered for the Forsyth (Missouri) Polar Plunge at Lake Taneycomo. The event was a fundraiser for the local ROTC program.

Amy and Mary - both members of our Customer Service team - helped prepare a meal for kids staying at Children's Haven in Joplin, Missouri. The organization offers a safe, temporary home for children whose families are receiving assistance during times of crisis.

Anastasia, Cristy, Kelson, and Mandi - all from our Branson, Missouri, office - helped to give a warm welcome when "The Today Show" came to town.

A big thank you to Sami, who volunteered during her local fall festival. She kept buckets filled with water at the play area, monitored the inflatables, and even got to supervise the Bumper Ball area.

Our team helped kids beat the heat during the Parks Board's Hydrant Party in Aurora, Missouri. The popsicles and cold water helped cool things off!
Liberty Days
To encourage employee community involvement and volunteer work, Liberty created the Liberty Days program. The Liberty Days program gives each Liberty employee three annual workdays to use towards completing an act of community service. In 2020 alone, employees completed over 8,500 Liberty Day hours to help serve their communities.
Community Involvement
Each year, Liberty donates significant dollars and volunteer hours to support community programs, local schools, energy conservation, sustainability efforts, and more. We regularly share community involvement details on our Facebook feed.

Protecting the Environment
Liberty supports environmental efforts on a local and national level. These efforts include producing clean, renewable energy, protecting wildlife, providing wildlife and vegetation education opportunities, and hosting environmental events.
