Liberty is proud of our commitment to improving the lives of the people we serve.
We encourage our employees through our Liberty Day community participation programs to dedicate their time supporting local charities and to take part in community events. Our team looks forward to the next event in your community.

To encourage employee community involvement and volunteer work, Liberty created the Liberty Days program. The Liberty Days program gives each Liberty employee three annual workdays to use towards completing an act of community service. In 2020 alone, employees completed over 8,500 Liberty Day hours to help serve their communities.

Each year, Liberty donates significant dollars and volunteer hours to support community programs, local schools, energy conservation, sustainability efforts, and more. We regularly share community involvement details on our Facebook feed.
