Liberty receives approval from the Kansas Corporation Commission to adjust its Kansas electric rates

Updated rates, effective August 1, 2026, will recover costs for infrastructure and investments completed over the last five years to support reliability and improve service, lower generation fuel costs, and meet rising energy demand.

 
Liberty recieves approval from Missouri Public Service Commission to implement new rates, phased in over three years

The Missouri Public Service Commission (MPSC) issued an order allowing Liberty to implement new electric rates effective August 3, 2026, and phased in over three years. It will allow Liberty to begin to recover costs of investments made to improve reliability and service for Missouri homes and businesses.

 
 
Liberty files to adjust its Arkansas electric rates in spring of 2027

On May 15, 2026, Liberty filed a request with the Arkansas Public Service Commission to adjust electric base rates. Since March 2023, Liberty has invested approximately $48 million to strengthen the electric system and energy grid serving Arkansas homes and businesses.
