Liberty's Action to Support the Elderly (EASE)

For Liberty Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma electric customers and natural gas customers

Liberty's Action to Support the Elderly is designed to lift the burden of worry from customers who are elderly (age 60 and older) or with a disability in the Liberty Central Region electric service area. For customers who qualify, late penalties are waived, due dates may be adjusted, deposits waived, and third party notification is available when an account becomes delinquent.
